Consent Information for Video Shoot and Publication

By accepting the invitation to be a guest on LEGAL MANGAL, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the video shoot, editing, and publication:

Ownership and Use

  1. All content recorded during the podcast shoot will remain the property of Auzworld Lawyers.
  2. Auzworld Lawyers reserves the right to use, edit, and publish the recorded content at their discretion, across various social media platforms and other communication channels.

Editing and Review

3. The video editing process may take 1–3 months to complete. The release and scheduling of the podcast will be at the discretion of Auzworld Lawyers.

 

4. If any portion of the recording includes content shared unintentionally or that you do not wish to be used, you must notify the Host immediately during the shoot so that it can be addressed during editing.

Right to Withdraw Publishing

  1. If you decide to withdraw consent for the podcast’s publication after recording but before its release, you will be required to reimburse Auzworld Lawyers for the costs incurred in relation to your video. These costs are currently estimated at AUD 1,100 per video for the year 2024, covering:
    • Editing services.
    • Equipment hire.
    • Any promotional expenses.

Additional Shoot Details

  1. Guests will be required to wear a microphone during the talk show to ensure clear audio quality.
  2. A pre-shoot briefing session will be conducted by the Host, Manmohan Makkar (Solicitor), to outline the shoot day’s flow and gather necessary details for the show.

Language and Subtitles

8. The show will be conducted in English, Hindi or Punjabi, and all episodes will include English subtitles for accessibility where possible.
