These Terms apply to all Auzworld Learn programs, which currently include:

• DIY Immigration Mastery — a module-based self-application program for visa applicants and families
• Job-Ready Immigration Professional Program — a structured employment-readiness program for aspiring counsellors, case managers, and junior consultants, with an optional paid internship tier
• Immigration Business & Practice Builder Program — an advanced program for entrepreneurs and practice owners seeking to build or scale a compliant immigration business

Program fees, durations, inclusions, and portal access periods are as set out in your individual enrolment invoice, which forms part of your agreement with Auzworld. Fees are subject to change at any time without notice. The fee applicable to your enrolment is the fee confirmed in your enrolment invoice at the time your place is secured.

Optional monthly support subscriptions are available for all programs and are governed separately by subscription terms provided at the time of subscription.

2.1 Payment Methods. Auzworld Learn accepts payment into either of the following accounts:

• Australian account — Auzworld Lawyers and Immigration, Westmead NSW 2145, Australia
• Indian account — Auzworld Migration, Panipat, Haryana, India

Bank account details will be provided on your enrolment invoice. Full payment must be received in the nominated account by the due date stated on your invoice before course access is granted.

2.2 Bank Charges, Transfer Fees & Currency Surcharges. All fees must be received by Auzworld in full as stated on your invoice. Any bank charges, international wire transfer fees, currency conversion surcharges, intermediary bank fees, or any other third-party transaction costs incurred in the process of payment are the sole responsibility of the student.

2.3 GST. All fees are inclusive of GST where applicable. Auzworld Learn programs may be tax deductible. Students should seek independent tax advice regarding deductibility in their own jurisdiction.

2.4 Instalment Arrangements. Instalment payment arrangements, if offered, will be set out in your individual enrolment agreement. Failure to meet instalment deadlines may result in suspension of course access until payment is received.

2.5 Fee Changes. Auzworld reserves the right to vary program fees at any time. Changes to fees do not affect students who have already received a confirmed enrolment invoice at the prior fee. Current fees are available by contacting Auzworld directly or as published on Auzworld’s websites.

3.1 Non-Refundable First Payment. The first payment made upon enrolment — being the initial deposit or first instalment as specified on your enrolment invoice — is non-refundable in all circumstances. This applies regardless of when the withdrawal request is made, the reason for withdrawal, or any other factor.

3.2 Refund Requests Made at Least 28 Days Before Commencement. Subject to clause 3.1, students who wish to withdraw from a program may request a refund of the balance of fees paid (being the total amount paid less the non-refundable first payment and any applicable administration fees), provided the written request is received by Auzworld at least 28 calendar days before the scheduled commencement date of the program.

3.3 Bank Charges Deducted from Refunds. Where a refund is approved, any bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion costs, or transaction fees associated with processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount. Auzworld will not supplement a refund to cover these costs. The student receives the net amount after all deductions.

3.4 Refund Requests Made Less Than 28 Days Before Commencement. No refunds will be issued where a withdrawal request is received less than 28 calendar days before the scheduled commencement date of the program, except entirely at the discretion of Auzworld management. Any management decision on such a request is final, is not subject to appeal, and does not set a precedent for any other request.

3.5 Management Discretion. Auzworld management retains full discretion to approve, partially approve, or decline any refund request. Factors that management may consider include, but are not limited to, the circumstances of the withdrawal, the stage of the program, and the student’s conduct. Management decisions on all refund matters are final.

3.6 No Refunds — Specific Circumstances. Regardless of timing, refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Non-attendance or failure to participate in live sessions
• Failure to pass the online exam (Job-Ready and Business Builder programs)
• Dissatisfaction with employment outcomes, internship placement, or business results
• Change of personal circumstances, relocation, or change of employment
• Technical issues on the student’s device, internet connection, or local infrastructure
• Failure to access the online portal due to the student’s own inaction or delay
• Any amount lost to bank charges or currency conversion at any stage

3.7 Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of written approval being issued. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account or method used. Auzworld is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or currency processing intermediaries.

4.1 Delivery Format. All Auzworld Learn programs are delivered 100% online. There is no in-person attendance requirement. Students must have access to a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and a functioning web browser to participate in live sessions and access the online portal.

4.2 Online Portal Access. Upon enrolment and receipt of full payment, students are granted access to the Auzworld Learn online portal for the period specified in their enrolment invoice. Portal access periods vary by program and are confirmed at the time of enrolment.

4.3 Personal and Non-Transferable. Online portal access is granted to the enrolled student only. Login credentials must not be shared with any other person. Auzworld reserves the right to immediately terminate access without refund if credentials are found to have been shared.

4.4 Session Recordings. Where sessions are recorded, recordings are made available on the portal for access within the student’s portal access period. Recordings are for the personal study use of the enrolled student only and must not be downloaded, redistributed, or shared in any form.

4.5 Expiry of Access. Portal access expires at the end of the access period specified in the student’s enrolment invoice. Extensions may be available at Auzworld’s discretion and may attract an additional fee.

5.1 Internship Option. The Job-Ready Immigration Professional Program offers an optional paid internship tier. Enrolment in the internship tier does not constitute or guarantee employment. The internship is a supervised, paid work experience placement facilitated by Auzworld over a period of three months following completion of the training program.

5.2 Internship Eligibility. Participation in the paid internship component is conditional upon:

• Successful completion of the four-week training program
• Passing the online exam to a standard determined by Auzworld
• Satisfactory conduct throughout the training program
• Availability of a suitable placement at the time of the student’s completion

5.3 No Guarantee of Placement Timing. While Auzworld will make reasonable efforts to facilitate an internship placement for eligible students, it does not guarantee that a placement will be available at any specific time. Where a placement cannot be immediately arranged, Auzworld will make reasonable alternative arrangements or provide additional training. No refund of the internship tier fee will be issued solely on the basis of placement timing.

5.4 Job Placement Support. Auzworld Recruitment provides job placement support to graduates who have passed the online exam. This is a referral and assistance service only. Auzworld does not guarantee employment outcomes, specific roles, or salary levels.

6.1 The Business Builder Program as a Foundation. The Immigration Business & Practice Builder Program is designed to provide graduates with the complete knowledge, tools, systems, and credentials required to establish and operate a compliant immigration practice or consultancy. The program itself constitutes a comprehensive operational and educational foundation for building an immigration business, including full support as would be required under a franchisee-style arrangement.

6.2 Franchisee Arrangements. If you are interested in operating under the Auzworld brand as a franchisee, or in accessing deeper ongoing operational support beyond what is included in the Business Builder program, this is available through a separate arrangement with Auzworld management. These arrangements are not part of the standard program and are subject to individual negotiation, separate agreements, and their own fees and terms.

6.3 Authorised Agent Badge. The Authorised Agent Badge issued to Business Builder graduates upon successful completion is a credential issued by Auzworld Learn confirming completion of the program. It is not a MARA registration or legal authorisation to independently provide immigration assistance under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth). Auzworld reserves the right to withdraw the badge if a graduate is found to have breached these Terms, engaged in misconduct, or acted in a manner inconsistent with compliance obligations.

6.4 Post-Course Support Subscription. The Business Builder program includes a period of post-course support as specified in the enrolment invoice. Beyond this included period, ongoing support is available via an optional monthly subscription. Subscription fees, benefits, and terms are set out separately and may be varied by Auzworld on 30 days’ written notice.

7.1 Ownership of Materials. All course materials, content, recordings, templates, checklists, forms, SOPs, and resources provided through Auzworld Learn programs are and remain the intellectual property of Auzworld Lawyers and Immigration. Enrolment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own personal study and professional practice purposes only.

7.2 Prohibited Uses. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any course materials to any third party
• Use course materials to develop or deliver competing educational products or services
• Share login credentials or portal access with any other person
• Record, screenshot, or extract session content without prior written consent from Auzworld
• Resell or commercialise any Auzworld Learn materials in any form

7.3 Breach of IP Terms. Any breach of clause 7.2 may result in immediate termination of course access without refund. Auzworld reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any loss or damage suffered as a result of intellectual property infringement.

8.1 Standards of Conduct. Students are expected to engage in all program activities respectfully and professionally, including live sessions, group discussions, written communications with mentors, and interactions with other participants.

8.2 Grounds for Termination. Auzworld reserves the right to immediately terminate a student’s enrolment without refund in the event of:

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at any mentor, staff member, or fellow participant
• Academic dishonesty, including cheating on the online exam or misrepresenting work as one’s own
• Breach of intellectual property obligations under clause 7
• Sharing of portal access credentials
• Any conduct that Auzworld reasonably considers detrimental to the program or to other participants

8.3 Legal Compliance. Programs are educational in nature. Nothing in the course content constitutes legal advice for the student’s personal circumstances. Students who are not registered migration agents must not provide immigration assistance to third parties in a manner that constitutes unlawful practice under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).

9.1 Educational Purpose Only. All programs are delivered for educational purposes. Auzworld Learn does not guarantee any specific employment outcome, salary level, business revenue, visa outcome for clients, or professional registration as a result of completing any program.

9.2 Accuracy of Content. Auzworld takes reasonable care to ensure that course content reflects current Australian immigration law and policy. However, immigration law changes frequently. Students are responsible for verifying the currency of any information before applying it in practice. Auzworld is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on course content that has been superseded by legislative or policy change.

9.3 Technical Availability. Auzworld will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability of the online portal and live sessions. Auzworld is not liable for any interruption or unavailability caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party platform failures, or force majeure events.

9.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Auzworld’s total liability to any student arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any program shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by that student for the relevant program.

10.1 Collection of Information. By enrolling, you consent to Auzworld collecting and using your personal information (including name, contact details, payment information, and academic performance data) for the purposes of delivering your program, issuing certificates, facilitating job placement support, and administering your enrolment.

10.2 Privacy Law. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Where students are located in India, information is also handled in accordance with applicable Indian data protection requirements.

10.3 Certificate & Badge Publication. Business Builder graduates who receive the Authorised Agent Badge consent to their name and badge status being listed in Auzworld’s public Authorised Agent directory. Requests for removal from this directory should be directed to admin@auzworld.com.au.

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

11.2 Amendments. Auzworld reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to your enrolment are those in force at the time your enrolment is confirmed. Material changes affecting ongoing programs will be communicated to enrolled students by email with 14 days’ notice.

11.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with your enrolment invoice and any separate written agreements referenced herein (including any Job Guarantee Agreement or Franchisee Agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and Auzworld with respect to your enrolment.

11.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

11.5 No Waiver. Auzworld’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of its right to enforce it in future.
